While I'm glad they are moving towards more online content, I also like having the hard copy. If there was a way to still generate a printable version, I would prefer that. There have been times where I've been at meetings and not had Internet access and needed to look something up in the guide. Bill Evans, of the youth development team, believes the new site will save councils a lot of time by making all the recognition info easy to attain electronically. And Awards Central can be updated quickly when award details change—for instance, when the 115th award is added. Look for Awards Central to go live in May.
