--> Clause in first sentence deleted

--> Section title change from Barriers to Abuse Within Scouting
--> Changes throughout

--> Insert clause “and the authorities”
--> New copy for last sentence

II. Aquatics Safety
Safe Swim Defense
--> New copy added at end of first paragraph
