Okay; might as well spill it... One of my secret weapons is a Palm Tungsten T2.

Go here...

Scroll down to Scoutmaster Minutes. Download it; port it; open it up... Well over a hundred jewels in there. Most of them haven't changed since I was a kid.

Theme for a "Minute"?

Perhaps this fits elsewhere, but it may also fit under Resources.

As we watch the unfolding disaster around the Indian Ocean, please remember those affected at this time. There are no doubt some American casualties in this tragedy, and this forum will largely be American due to it's main BSA focus. But this Scouter has been involved some with Scouts/Scouters from abroad, as some of you have too. Our thoughts and prayers may be with them also. And while it may not be possible to assist any Scouts affected by this (remember Scouting exists in over 200 other places), there may be opportunities to assist struggling Scouts or Units. I think it's a good practice of the Law sometimes to consider fellow Scouts in our local Service to others.

our scoutmaster is a member of the church that sponsors us, and the assistant pastor is our troop chaplain, so sometimes our scoutmaster uses the pastors notes from the Sunday sermon.

The Scoutmaster usually uses his Scoutmaster Minute to talke about local stuff and communicate with the boys.

I usually use it to reflect on the meeting we are ending and go through what we could improve and what we did well when I fill in for the Scoutmaster.

Our scoutmaster minute is off the internet and always has to do with what that meeting was geared towards.
