Shout out to anybody that knows from personal experience what I should expect Arches and Chaco Canyon to be like in late March.
I imagine there is probably not that much chance for heavy snow in Moab by late March.
I don't think Chaco Canyon gets as snowed in as Mesa Verde, but what about the passes?
Thanks.

Not from personal experience, but I've looked up historical average and record temps for potential destinations before. Here it is by day for March in Cuba, NM (near Chaco Canyon):
http://www.weather.com/weather/wxclimat ... imoMonth=3It looks like you can expect lows in the low 20's, though single digit temps are possible.
...and this from the Chaco Culture website:
Spring and Fall are great times to visit with more moderate temperatures, but unexpected storms can change things dramatically. Monitor local weather forecasts.
