1. If the Youth Scouters are traveling to the Round Table as a group representing a particular troop, crew or ship.
2. If they are driving themselves and representing a particular troop, crew or ship.

If they are driven by a parent or legal guardian, if they walk, or take public transportation no tour permit will be required.

We actively encourage the youth leaders of our crews and ships to attend the monthly Venturing Round Table, and target the training portion of the RT towards them. They also help set the training agenda and the schedule of venturing events for the district at our June round table.

My guess is that this requirement will be sumarily ignored, or used as an excuse not to attend.

The SE has lost his mind. :?
Individuals don't fill out TPs, they are for groups.
A 20 year old Venture youth can drive himself but who will be the "Tour Leader"? Has to be 21 and YPT trained.
If a male and female venture member attend do they have to have male and female Tour Leaders?
Does the youth have to have Hazardous Weather Training in case it rains while he's driving?
Is the SE going to impose this on the OA? hOw about his Camp Staff to drive themselves to Summer Camp?

I can continue with other ridiculous scenarios but you get the picture.

If they are getting the TP at the Council office, do they have to file a TP to travel there?
