How about a day of life skills, like how to change a tire, check oil, or even change oil in a car? Be surprised how many kids have never done such

1)Leave no Trace backpacking/camping
2)Wilderness First Aid
3)Climbing
4)Whitewater Rafting
5)Caving
6)Advanced Wilderness Survival Skills
7)Team-building exercises (This was called the Leadership Reaction Course (LRC) in the Army. A series of stations where a patrol will be given the task and equipment needed and then left on their own to develop the plan. I know COPE addresses some of these now.
8)Advanced orienteering/map reading/GPS (Have a standard Orienteering Course, a GPS course and an alternative orienteering course that is navigated by topographic map only).
9) Mountain man games and pioneering
